COTA: Transit Amenity Contribution Program
COTA constantly works to improve your mobility experience, and we invite you to be an integral part of the process. There are three easy ways to enhance your experience with COTA:
- Request an Amenity (such as trash cans, benches, shelters and lights at a transit stop)
- Contribute Toward a New Amenity
- Adopt-A-Stop

COTA Reduced Fare Program
COTA provides discounts for all customers who receive income assistance from several qualifying programs including SNAP. Eligible riders can apply for reduced fares to help ease transportation costs. Eligible customers receive a 50% discount on all fixed-route fares and are enrolled in COTA’s digital payment system.
