Are you a Columbus resident in need of help providing toys for your 0-12 year old? Firefighters 4 Kids is here to help! Please visit a toy registration event and bring the required documentation listed below.
**REGISTRATION BEGINS DECEMBER 1ST THRU DECEMBER 18TH**
Registration Locations:
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-7:30PM: BARNETT COMMUNITY CENTER (1184 Barnett Road)
Tuesdays 12:00-2:00PM: EASTPOINTE CHRISTIAN CHURCH (745 N Waggoner Rd)
Thursdays 5:30-7:30pm: FAR EAST NEIGHBOROOD PRIDE CENTER (2500 Park Crescent Dr)
PARENTS/CUSTODIAL PARENTS - To Register You Need:
Driver's License, State ID or Passport (official photo ID's only)
Official documentation with the child's actual birth date (passport, certified Birth Certificate from Vital Statistics, certified custodial papers, etc.)
Custodial Parents must bring certified Guardianship or Court Paperwork for each child
CareSource cards without birth dates will NOT be accepted as proof of age
Ages 0-12 years old can be registered for toys
Each child can only be registered ONE time for the Firefighters4Kids Toy Drive.
